Placing your Order
Placing your order is quick and easy to do,register an Account, select the items and send the request through. Your Miglio Consultant will then contact you to obtain payment options, and any special delivery requirements (like alternative delivery address details, and additional gift options). You will then receive confirmation of your card payment via email, and a further confirmation stating when the item(s) will be delivered. Delivery
Please allow for up to 7 working days (within the UK / British Isles) although most items are carried in stock for swift delivery. All Orders are delivered Free of Charge however International deliveries carry a charge of £5.00 to cover tracking. Local delivery is usually carried out within 3 working days. Should the item(s) be out of stock, we will advise you of possible delivery times to reduce any possible inconvenience to yourself.

Sending a Gift Direct
You can choose to have your gift delivered to your home, or directly to the receipient at any UK address. The cost of the item will not be included in the package, you will receive confirmation of your transaction via email.

Quality Guarantee
Each item of Miglio jewellery is carefully checked by our quality department. In the unlikely event that any item be found to have a defect we will repair or replace it provided the item has not been damaged as a result of excessive wear and tear, improper treatment or non adherence to cleaning and care advice.
Our jewellery features natural materials such as semi-precious stones, crystals and mother of pearl. As these are natural materials, sizes and colours may vary slightly from item to item.
Miglio jewellery is designed and developed with the utmost eye for detail and total flair. It is electroplated in genuine silver, rhodium and brass. All our jewellery is nickle free.

Returns
In the unlikely event of a return we offer a no quibble returns policy where goods are returned to me within 14 days in an unworn condition (except for earrings). This is in addition to your 90 day guarantee offered by Miglio Designer Jewellery in the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty.
